We believe that discovering a passion for flight should be thrilling, immersive, and accessible to every child. For 26 years, our unique curriculum has utilized four core fundamentals to guide over 17,000 students from initial curiosity straight into elite industry careers.
• The Dream Component: Achieved through our high-energy summer exploration camps where kids get hands-on with real aircraft technology and interactive simulation environments.
• The Educate Component: Delivered via our structured year-round collaborative programming with 4-H, keeping kids dynamically engaged with advanced flight physics month after month.
• The Mentor Component: Every student connects with a dedicated group of aerospace professionals who volunteer their time as sounding boards, helping youth stay focused and inspired.
• The Achieve Component: The final destination. We place senior students directly into competitive internships, trade schools, corporate flight academies, and university programs.
Grades 3 to 5 Flight Explorers
Too young is never the answer. Younger students jump directly into hands-on aerospace assembly projects, interactive team building, and airfield discovery tours designed to spark a lifelong love for flight.

Grades 6 to 8 Flight Officers
This is where real flight mechanics form. Middle schoolers explore premier aerospace facilities, master basic simulation profiles, and celebrate the end of their week with a real 30-minute co-piloted airplane flight.

Grades 9 to 12 Future Captains
Career path alignment becomes a reality. High school participants dive deep into professional pilot development, advanced flight path calculations, and network directly with active commercial pilots.

Indianapolis Saturday Flight Labs
Meets the third Saturday of each month from August through May. Students master deep-dive aviation modules including Flight Operations, Air Traffic Control physics, and engine maintenance simulations.
Program Tuition: $50 per semester or $90 for the full academic year.
Anderson Saturday Flight Labs
Meets the second Saturday of each month from August through May. Designed to give regional students a local tracking space to explore advanced aerospace topics.
